transfering domain

  Hi there, I am trying to transfer my domain name copperkowhai.com to my new bigcartel store. I think I have completely screwed it up and don’t know where to go from here! I followed the instructions (so I thought) from both sites but nothing seems to have happened. Please help this poor computer illiterate soul out! Thanks Mel

  Hi,

  I can see that your domain has been unlocked and I’ve resent the transfer codes to your email. You should see a transfer code in your inbox soon enough. You’ll need to provide it to your new registrar so that they can complete the domain transfer for you.
