I received the following information from Godaddy Support:
You can contact WordPress and ask them to redirect your domain to us by updating the IP address or setting the domain forwarding.

Hi there,
I don’t see a domain registered on the account you’re contacting us from. What’s your domain name so I can further help you?
-
The domain is: https://thebloomgroupllc.com/
I went into the WordPress Admin area and deleted the account (thinking that would cancel everything), so that might be why you are unable to see it.
If you visit https://thebloomgroupllc.com/ , you will see an error saying:
Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.
If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain.

According to the domain WHOIS records, the domain is registered at GoDaddy so if you need to have the domain point to GoDaddy, you change the domain nameservers back to GoDaddy in your account:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664
You’ve only set the DNS to point to WordPress.com. Since you deleted your plan and your site, that’s why you see that error message now: you’re trying to use a domain here that doesn’t have a paid upgrade.
Regardless, what you need to do will all need to be done on GoDaddy’s end – we’re not the domain registrar, so there’s nothing we can do here.
I hope that clarifies things!
