Transfering domain from wordpress to hosting site

  The instructions on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

  Tell me there will be a drop down box where I can select “Transfer ownership to another registrar”. I don’t see that option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And I see no option to “cancel private registration” so I’m assuming I don’t have it…
