Transfering expired domain to another registrar

    Hi
    In response to ticket #2894178

    About the domain elinoarbareket.com – the domain expired on october 11.
    I wish to transfer it to another registrar, but I can’t find the EPP code for it. Also I don’t know if the domain is unlocked for transfer.
