Transfering followers

  Hi there!
  I know that it is a possibility to transfer followers between a wordpress hosted account to self hosted through Jet pack. However, when clicking the Transfer followers button under Discussion, it does not populate the wordpress hosted site. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

  Hi,

  Can you please make sure that your self hosted site is connect to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack?

  This tool is only available for migrating WordPress.com site’s followers to a Jetpack-connected self-hosted WordPress site.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any WordPress.com sites. The WordPress.com site and the Jetpack connected site has to belong to the same WordPress.com account for you to be able to transfer the followers yourself.

  Can you please tell me from and to which sites you want the followers transferred? I’ll also need you to log in as the account that owns the WordPress.com site and comment here to confirm, as we need the site owner’s consent to do this.
