Transfering Followers and Likes to self-hosted blog

Hey there!
I’ve recently switched to a self-hosted blog. Is there any way to transfer my followers from selfmadejournalist.wordpress.com to selfmadejournalist.me ?
Also, is it possible to transfer Facebook-Likes, or are they all lost? Does it make a difference if I have my own server now?Thank you in advance!

Do you have JetPack installed and activated? Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

My old blog is selfmadejournalist.wordpress.com and my new one is selfmadejournalist.me -
Likes can’t be moved but the subscribers have been moved as requested. Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
