Transfering Google Site to WordPress

Hello, Me and my brother run a sports podcast site that also uploads sports articles for the public to comment and read. I currently own a domain with Google Suites and am thinking of possibly transfering the content to a word press. My concern is that if we transfer the site over will it change the ranking of our SEO on google searches? Also will all the content transfer over seemlessly? Lastly I would like to know the rate for keeping it on word press instead of google?

There are two types of WordPress, so that will be the first decision you need to make before switching over:
- WordPress.com: where the site is created and hosted here on WordPress.com.
- WordPress.org: where WordPress.org software is installed on a third party host.

With that in mind, do you want to create a site here on WordPress.com? Or use WordPress.org software with another host.
