Transfering hosting from another provider to WordPress for a subdomain

  Any help to guide me to do this easily?

  I have a subdomain that has hosting with another provider and I want to transfer to WordPress (which has my main domain).

  Any suggestions?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
