  Can you let us know which domain you need to transfer?

  If you want to transfer your domain from any another registrar to WordPress then here is the support document that will help you out in this:

  If you want to transfer your domain that is already registered with WordPress to any another Registrar then here is the support document for that:

  Hi shubhamgmath, got your message but i deleted my account and its not letting me back in. Have i pretty much lost my domain forever?

  Deleting site is the permanent thing once deleted can never be restored but staff may help you out with restoring your domain

  So I am tagging this post as ‘modlook’ for Staff assistance please wait for some time they will get back to you on this

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of advisualdesigns.com? I can still restore that domain for you, but I’ll need you to create a new free site in your account to which I can connect it, else you won’t be able to make any changes to the domain, including transferring it.

  Please create a new site here and let me know once you’ve done so:

  https://wordpress.com/start/site/

  Once you’ve done that I can restore your domain and help you point it to another host.

  I must point out, though, that you won’t be able to transfer it for at least another seven weeks or so. New domains cannot be transferred until they are at least 60 days old. All domain providers have to follow this rule, so for now we can help you map it to a different service, but you’ll only be able to transfer it completely after 60 days.

  Hello kokkieh, I completed the instructions you gave me to do an I have read and is now aware of the domain. I just don’t want to lose it. Whats the next step?

  Okay, I’ve restored your domain and linked it to the new site in your account, so if you go to My Site ->Domains you should see it there.

  Now the next steps will depend on where you want to use the domain. Your hosting provider needs to provide you with either name servers or an IP address, which you then add to your domain here to point it to them. That way your domain can already show a site at the other provider even though you can’t completely transfer it yet.
