Transfering my free wordpress blog to my new website

  Hello,

  I have an existing free blog here at wordpress. I am creating a new website. My hosting program is ipage.com and I am using wordpress to build it.
  I would like to import my existing blog in wordpress to my new website. How to I go about to do this?
  Also can I still have the blog separate and also on my website?

  Still a little confused but maybe its best to keep it separate and create a new blog with content specifically for this website of mine.
