Transfering old blog onto new blog?

  I own a blog on WordPress already, and I want to transfer my current blog to my new blog that I have set up.

  Is this possible?

  What are the addresses of the two sites and where are they currently hosted? Here at WordPress.com? Content can be exported/imported. Elsewhere? Domains can be mapped/transferred.
