Transfering or importing another WP blog

  HI there! I have an old blog that uses word press but is hosted by buddyslim.com. I have some old content on there that I would love to update and transfer to my current fitness blog here also on word press.

  Is there a way???

  Blog I want to move: http://dawnrenee1313.buddyslim.com/

  Blog I want to merge it with it: http://dawnbininger.wordpress.com/

  I don’t see that service listed, but if you can get the proper file format from them it might work.

  Thank you. I did try that. The info exports to my computer with an XML file but when I try to upload it to WP it says it doesnt recognize it…Not sure what to try next.
