transfering or redirecting a WP.com blog to other URL?

  I have a wordpress.com blog that I started as a marketing experiment for my retail store to see if it got traffic. And it did. It has tons of traffic and faithful readers now. But it has become a problem that I can’t customize it very much to fully take advantage of converting that traffic to buy my product. I wish there was a way to transfer this blog somehow to a wordpress.org blog, without running the risk of loosing the traffic. Has anyone dealt with a similar problem? Know if any solutions?

  I have a wordpress.com blog that I would like to redirect to another site. I loved this one some much that I decided to host my own WordPress blog. Is it possible to redirect a site from subdomain.wordpress.com to someothersite.com?

  The wordpress.com site is: http://maturemarketexperts.wordpress.com/ and the new site is http://www.mature-market-experts.com/
