Transfering outside URL to become a WordPress site

  I have a friend that has already reserved a URL address outside of WordPress. Now she wants to operate under WordPress but keep the address she already has reserved. What is the process she has to take to do this? She current does not have a WordPress acount.

  She needs only to purchase the domain mapping upgrade and then change DNS settings with her domain registrar to point to our name servers. Instructions are available here.
