transfering posts after set up site with wp.org

  I’ve been blogging for a few months. I’d like to start hosting my own blog using wordpress.org. What do I need to do to make sure the posts I’ve already created in my wordpress.com site transfer over to my new site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
