transfering premium theme

  We would like to transfer our premium theme to a new provider.
  How is this done? How do we generate a file for this transfer?

  If you want we can transfer the premium theme to another WordPress.com account. Premium themes are customized for WordPress.com use only and it’s not able to move them to another hosting company.
