Transfering Subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi I just switched from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and none of my subscribers transfered over. It says I don’t have any subscribers when I know I had at least 150.

  Everything I have researched says that wordpress.com has to do this for me.

  Please let me know how to transfer them over. I have sent several emails and have heard nothing back.
