transfering subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hello!
  I recently switcher over my blog from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org. The site it up and running but I have a few loose ends I need to get in order.

  Transfer my subscribers from my .com site to my new .org site. I made a post yesterday and my subscribers did not receive the email update. I am subscribed to myself through email and RSS feed and it did show up in the RSS feed.

  Can someone help me achieve or correct this issue?

  Once you’re all linked up with Jetpack you can visit your blogs in WordPress.com:

  http://wordpress.com/my-sites/

  Select your new WordPress.org site and select Settings from the sidebar. At the bottom, select “migrate followers”.
