Transfering website

  I am creating a website for a public study, once my contract is over, what website creating/hosting site would be the easiest for my client to transfer to their ownership and platform?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @quartersawn,
  If you are creating your site using WordPress.COM then, there the easiest way to transfer the ownership of the site is transferring website to another WordPress.COM account.

  If the receiving party is using external hosting and not WordPress.COM then you have to move your site to WordPress.ORG if they are using the WordPress.ORG platform.
