transfering website

  Hey. I already own a domain http://www.scc.org.kh (is running on a really old version of Joomla) and I would like to transfer it to wordpress.com but the domain is not supported. I read that there is the option of mapping. But I would like to quit the contract with Joomla (so that I don’t have to pay them anymore) . Is it somehow possible to use this domain with wordpress?

  Hi there!

  I am afraid domain mapping is the only option.
  We don’t support transfers for domains ending with .kh

  You will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to map a domain.

  I am also tagging this thread for staff(by adding the modlook tag) so that they can double check.

  HI there,

  As @yashitamittal11 already mentioned since .kh domains cannot be transferred on WordPress.com, you can keep the domain with your current registrar and point it to your WordPress.com site.
