Transfering WP.com Blog Domain to Another Blog

  Is it possible to transfer a WP domain to another blog? For example, say I had testsite.wordpress.com and othersite.wordpress.com. Is it possible to change othersite.wordpress.com to testsite.wordpress.com and change the original testsite.wordpress.com to some other domain?

  I don’t want to move the blog to the name, I want to move the name to the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The top level domain here is wordpress.com and all blogs hosted here are on .wordpress.com sub-domains.

  What’s possible is here:
  changing a blog address http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
  moving content between .wordpress.com blogs http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs

  What’s not possible is deleting any blog URL and then expecting to be able to register it again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
