Transfering wp.com theme to a hosted wp.org blog, possible?

  I am moving my blog to a hosted solution and have not been able to find information on transferring my theme.

  I use “chunk” by Tran N. and would love to use it on my hosted site but am unable to find it in the list of install-able themes. Is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Chunk apparently started life as a tumblr theme and may become available later for use on WordPress.org.
