What is the exact error you receive? Do you see it when you try to start the transfer on WordPress.com? Or do you see it when you add the code in Dreamhost?

After add the code in DreamHost and successufly submit the transfer request.
This message I get by mail, in a dream host communication.

There is nothing on our side that will prevent the domain to transfer.
Can you please contact Dreamhost support and ask them exactly what the error is. Or if possible, can you please copy the email they send you and paste it here.
