Transferred blog to wrong account!

Hi there,
I just created this site, https://tempsite522792569.wordpress.com/, and I was transferring it to someone else. However, turns out their account is self-hosted, and apparently I can’t move it to them. They just created a wordpress account, but I no longer have the site to send. In a hope that I don’t have to recreate it all is there a way that I could get it back?
Any help would be very much appreciated!

When you transfer a site to another WordPress.com account, you lose all ownership and access to the site. We provide many warnings about this during the transfer process.
Can you clarify who you were trying to transfer the site to? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

I originally transferred it to a username named Vallette. However, their new username is wmswebguru.

The site was transferred successfully to WordPress.com user
vallettetwo weeks ago. When they received the email to confirm the transfer, they accepted it, which fully transferred the site and its ownership to them.Your only option here is to ask them to transfer the site back to you. WordPress.com support and staff are not able to do this for you.
It looks like there’s a contact page on the site you transferred – I would recommend filling that out and while you may get the email of the message, the new owner would get a notification here on WordPress.com.
If that is unsuccessful, I’m afraid you’ll need to recreate the site again. :(
