transferred domain to WIX

  I requested my domain to be transferred from WP to WIX. I got the quote and then I initiated the transfer as well from the WIX site. After 3 weeks still have no idea where my domain is.. And I cannot get help from either site. Any ideas?

  The domain is registered with Network Solutions, not us.

  You’ll need to contact their support about this.

  You used to have this domain with us, and you initiated a transfer for it, yes.

  That transfer completed on 30 September, when you clicked the link in the confirmation email to accept it, so the domain is now registered with Wix, through Network Solutions. Network Solutions is the domain provider that Wix uses.

  If the domain is not visible in your Wix account, you need to contact Wix support for help with this, as something likely went wrong on their end.

  But ktimanaxagora.com is no longer registered with us, and we don’t have any control at all over it any more.
