Transferred subscribers are not notified when I post

A month or two ago, I requested that my subscribers be transferred from my WordPress.com account to my self-hosted blog with the same content. Someone replied that this had been done and then closed the thread.
Currently my subscribers do NOT receive any notification when I post, but they used to.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Optionally, on your WordPress.com site from which you’ll want to transfer your followers, post a notice telling your site’s followers that you’ll be moving, and that their subscriptions will be going along with you. This is because, while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader.
