Transferred to self hosted & now ugly URL

  I had a WP.com blog for which I had purchased the domain. I just moved it to a self-hosted site and now when I share my posts or go to my pages I end up with these ugly links instead of just http://www.juliadale.org/about or whatever a particular post is.
