  Can I transfer a godaddy account? Also is there a customer service number for WordPress to seek help?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  If you are asking if you can transfer your site from GoDaddy to wordpress.com yes you can do so here is some more information about that https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/

  You do need to have a paid plan to be able to use your domain on wordpress.com Here is a pricing list for wordpress.com plans https://wordpress.com/pricing/
