transferring a blog

I need an absolute wall between this site and freshrivervalley.com. I understand that my profile settings are used for both sites and that my best option is creating a separate user account and then transferring Bankhouse to that account. But I purchased my domain name and need it to transfer to the new acount. Is that doable? If so, will that happen automatically or is there something I need to do to make that happen? If I cannot transfer the url, what other options do I have?
Just to be clear, I want bankhousecommunications.com to be under a new, separate user account so that my profile settings for that account will have no affect on freshrivervalley.com and visa versa.

The domain name will stick with the blog; updates will be automatically charged to your original account, the one that registered the upgrade, unless you disable that. If you want nobody to be able to know who owns the domain, you’ll have to pay extra for the Privacy option.
