Transferring a Blog

  Hello,

  I went through the process online but wanted to find out about how long it takes for a blog to transfer to a new account? For reference, I transferred the blog (http://wherethesunsails.wordpress.com/) from an account I don’t use to the account under (email visible only to moderators and staff) today. Should I wait about 24 hours before checking under my account for it to be there?

  Howdy,

  When transferring a blog, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the old owner’s e-mail address on file. Once that confirmation is clicked, the transfer occurs instantly.

  Checking the accounts, it appears the blog transferred over successfully. If anything is amiss or you have any other questions, please let us know!
