transferring a blog from my name to a different name

    I – personal blog elspethc.wordpress.com – have set up two wordpress websites for local community groups. These are http://blockislandmentalhealth.org/ and http://blockislandwellness.org/. Now that they are established, I want to transfer each to the organization’s own identity. Three questions to regularize this position.
    1. Am I right that I can create a WordPress account for each by getting them an email address like (email visible only to moderators and staff) and then use that to create a new sign up account at wordpress?
    2. I then go into the site as it is now in my account – but what do I do to pass it on to Wellness or to NAMI BI?
    3. I also want to pass on the annual charge for the domain name of each site – to the new account for each. I can already pay the account using their credit cards, but I want it to go from the new wordpress account, rather than from mine. How do I do this smoothly?
