Transferring a domain

  Hi, I have been searching for this topic but non available. So I m trying to move away from WordPress and want to get a shared hosting from a local datacenter, how do I transfer my current domain to that hosting and do I still need to pay the monthly bill to WP?

  So in essence, I would like to keep my domain but using different hosting.

  Hey there,

  Are you referring to maximaprima.com ?

  If so, that domain is not registered with WordPress.com but with GoDaddy. It is only mapped to a WordPress.com site.

  That domain is also not under the account that you are contacting us from. Let me know if you are referring to a different domain.
