Transferring a domain

  Hi,
  I’m trying to transfer my domain, but when I click on the primary domain, it does not show any options to be able to unlock or transfer it like in the support example pages shown on the help site. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  What is the domain in question? I don’t see any custom domains under your account, where you able to transfer it already?
