transferring a domain

I would like to transfer my domain to another registrar but the ‘transfer the domain’ option isn’t available. It has been significantly more than 60 days since I bought it. I can’t seem to figure out where the problem lies.

Hello, are you referring to lolazaza.com? I’m not seeing how this is connected to WordPress.com because a whois lookup shows the domain was registered about two weeks ago, it’s parked elsewhere (and listed for sale) and the nameservers are not WordPress.com.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I’m referring to lolazaza.com and the domain belongs to me. However when I go to my domain it shows that domain isn’t pointing to wordpress (?). Is there any way to fix it? I haven’t done anything to it since purchasing a few months ago hence my consternation.

Do you have a blog at WordPress.com? If so, you can point lolazaza.com to that blog by “mapping” it, which is a paid upgrade. Please visit this page for further information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

I am having a similar problem. I want to transfer my domain to another host and it’s been more than 60 days, but I can’t seem to do this. It doesn’t have the option to transfer to new host only to new registrar and the code I get with that isn’t working with the new host. Forgive me, I’m still new at this.
