Transferring a domain failed

  Hello,

  I’m trying to transfer my domain (naturalhighmag.com) to another registrar. I’ve done everything as described on this page:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
  but the transfer failed.

  This is what I did:
  – I disabled the Domain Lock and Private Registration
  – I requested the transfer code
  – I got the mail with the transfer code
  – I handed the transfer code to my registrar
  – my registrar started the transfer
  – I logged in to my account and pushed the ACCEPT TRANSFER button
  A few days later my registrar told me the transfer failed…. so I did everything all over again a second time.

  Again the transfer failed.

  Please do the necessary to enable this transfer.
