Transferring a domain from one wordpress account to another

  Hi, I currently have 2 domains. One that I transferred from Web.com called Artofbellynj.com and the other I created with WordPress called Vidaempowered.com. I spoke to a representative a few days ago and was advised to create a new site and have the vidaempowered.com domain transferred to the new site created under vida empowered and keep artofbellynj.com with the mburgos account. Can someone help me complete that transfer? Thanks!

  I reviewed the 2nd link, unfortunately it counters what support told me. Now it seems like I have to cancel the domain purchase and restart again.

  @artofbelly you don’t need to cancel actually. Those articles should step you through a transfer process, and support verifies the change.

  I don’t see the domain on this account anymore though. Did you still need help?
