transferring a domain name

    Hi Since my domain name is less than 60 days old I can’t transfer it to wordpress yet, so I’m doing the other option, but it’s trying to charge me $96. I’ve already paid for a plan.

    I couldn’t find any purchases on your account. If you purchased a plan though a different WordPress.com account, please email help@wordpress.com from the email address associated with that account or contact us via live messaging.

    If you are not sure about the account details or credentials, please let me know, and I’ll email you with account recovery instructions. Please do not share any private or sensitive information (such as passwords or transaction IDs) here in the forum.
