Transferring a domain name to another person

I need to transfer ownership of Website1.com to a different user who will then purchase the domain name from WordPress. I will continue to own Website2.com. Currently, Website1.com automatically sends traffic to Website2.com. I would ideally like to speak to a human to make sure that this is all completed the way it needs to be. Does anyone know how to transfer a domain to a separate party? Or, does anyone know how I can actually have a human help me to resolve this?

I currently have bahamasfilmblog.com mapped to BE242.com. I have a premium membership and I paid for both domain names. What I really need is to have them both as separate WordPress sites so that I can transfer ownership of bahamasfilmblog.com to a different user.

I managed to figure this out on my own. I wish I had kept better track of how I actually did it so that I’d be able to post it on this forum.
