transferring a hosted site into WP

  I have a site hosted by a provider I am trying to transfer that site to Word Press and the provider is asking me for the new IP address, How do I attain that information?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @tbalzeroutsitenetworkscom, you’ll want to use our name servers instead:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  Also I noticed your site does not seem to be set up here yet. If you need to transfer content, I recommend doing that before changing your domain settings.
