Transferring a page from Weebly

Forgiveness, please as I am new to this site. Trying to transfer my page from Weebly. Following the video instructions, purchased a plan, and now cannot locate the area on the Bluehost site to install Word Press. Do not know if I am required to transfer my domain name before this step – as it was not covered in the video. Please advise.

The site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
With this in mind, you do not actually need a WordPress.com account if you are needing help with your Bluehost site. Instead, you can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

I signed up with Bluehost only by following the instructions on the Word Press video from the Word Press web page, on how to transfer the site from Weebly to Word Press. I believe that I have transferred the domain name to Bluehost, but am unsure as to how to proceed. I am now on this page of Bluehost and unsure of how to install Word Press or if I have indeed moved my domain name successfully. The Bluehost page looks nothing like the video I’ve been following for the migration.

Tried importing my site from Weebly. Not sure what happened. When I view my site – the site address reads: http://box5124.temp.domains/~optiooh2/
The page says:

Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start writing!
Published March 3, 2021Edit Hello world!
Categorized as UncategorizedUnsure of how to proceed. Have a feeling that my domain did not transfer properly.

As staff-totoro already mentioned, your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
