Transferring a premium plan to another website

  Unfortunately, I didn’t understand that the premium plan is purchased for a specific website. Is it possible to transfer my plan from aees2.wordpress.com to egorpodl-uwybv.wordpress.com?
  Please help me resolve this issue; I really need this to continue working.
