transferring a site

    I have been with WordPress for over a year now. I just don’t get it at times and am not tech savvy. I need help transferring over to another domain like wix. How do I do that?

    Hi there,

    If you’re referring to the poppyrivermama.com, then it is not hosted here (WordPress.com) and it’s using the self-hosted version of WordPress.org. Therefore you need to export your content by following these instructions:

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Tools_Export_Screen

    and then contact your new hosting provider (Wix?) and ask them for help importing your content.

    Also, you should contact your current domain provider (BlueHost) and ask them instructions on how to transfer or point your domain poppyrivermama.com to your new host.
