Transferring a site from GoDaddy to WordPress

  Hello,

  I’m currently looking into the process of switching from our current site hosted on GoDaddy to a WordPress website. I was just wondering what that process all looks like. I’ve built WordPress sites before, but I was just wondering how the transfer process works.

  If you could you get me a little more information on this I would appreciate it.
