Transferring a site to a different email

Hi. I was wondering whether it’s possible to transfer a site to a new email. I currently have two sites under a single account. However, I would want to have both of them managed independently, instead of sharing the same email address. Is this possible? I don’t want to delete one of the blogs, too. I just want to transfer the site under a different email address or a new account.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Log out of this account and create a new username account with the other email address you want to use:

Then log back into this account and follow these steps to transfer your site to the new account:
