Transferring a theme to a self hosted site

  How do I transfer a paid theme to a self-hosted site with a WordPress Login if past the 30 days for a refund?

  Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. However, you can transfer the theme to any of your other WordPress.com sites:

  Ok, thanks. What I mean is I host through Dreamhost and have wordpress plug-ins which includes a wordpress theme. I want to transfer a theme to one of these sites. So you are saying I cannot do this?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
