Transferring a wordpress.com blog to a wordpress.de account

  I have a wordpress.de account and a wordpress.com account, I am trying to transfer my blog on the .com to the .de account but it doesn’t work. It keeps telling me “you can”t transfer to this user”. I really need to get this done and I can’t seem to figure it out. I can’t even export and then import the blog again because I already purchased a custom theme and design.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Isabelle,

  I believe you may be talking about de.wordpress.com? Please note that WordPress.com and de.WordPress.com is the same – just translated into German. You wouldn’t have to export or import from the one to the other.
