Transferring Accounts

  Hi,
  I have another wordpress accoount, crmholdings1 email- (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I am trying to add this account as am admin so that I can join them but I never receive a confirmation email. I’ve even tried to use a brand new email, but nothing ever show us in my inbox. Can someone please connect the two accounts for me?

  crmholdings1 is the WordPress.com account you are contacting us from at the moment. Are you trying to add another a user to candrarenee.com? If so, this is a WordPress.org site hosted by Namecheap (rather than WordPress.com):
