Transferring all former Blog details to new Blog

  I am trying to transfer a user address from my previous blog (http://hiplane.wordpress.com) to my new blog (http://3rdeyesymbolism.wordpress.com) and have been told I am not allowed to transfer, when I tried to do this under ‘My Blogs’/Transfer account. etc. Please someone advise. I don’t want to delete the old hiplane account (now called Egology) in case it deletes all my blogs that are now on 3rdEyeSymbolsim (which I have titled Hiplane but which has the username http://3rdeyesymbolism. Tks for advice.
