Transferring an existing site and domain to WordPress.com hosting

  Hi – I have an existing site (saveournhskent.org.uk) formatted by WordPress but hosted by Heart Internet. I would like to transfer it to be hosted by WordPress. Is that possible, and if so, what is the process? Thanks

  Yes, it is possible.

  You can transfer your domain .

  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Transferring a domain means your domain registration will be moved from your current domain provider or registrar (such as GoDaddy, 1&1, etc.) to WordPress.com.
