Transferring an existing wordpress blog

  Hi,

  I have a wordpress blog that my developers incorporated into my website http://www.knollphotography.com a few years ago. I am going to be changing hosts soon and have rebuilt my site on a template hosted by photo biz. My challenge is to now move my blog from my existing website to the new one. I would like to be able to keep archived blogs but would like to change the design of my blog to be more consistent with my newly designed site. Please can you advise as to how this is done and if I can keep my archived blogs.
